By using the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction.

The website provides information about security services, security products, investigations, executive protection, secure mobility, security technology and related offerings. Information on the website is general and may be updated, withdrawn or changed without notice.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Website forms, telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages are methods of enquiry and do not by themselves create a binding service contract unless the parties have agreed the essential terms. Quotations may specify scope, validity period, assumptions, exclusions, payment terms, personnel, equipment, delivery or other conditions.

4. Security Shop and Product Orders

Products displayed on the Security Shop are offered for enquiry. A product page does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that a previously indicated price remains current. Before payment, Badinson Security will confirm the applicable product, quantity, price, availability, delivery and any installation requirement.

We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, a transaction cannot be verified, fulfilment would be unlawful, or other reasonable commercial or security concerns arise.

5. Security and Professional Services

Security assignments may require additional information, site assessments, client verification, operational planning or a separate written agreement. The actual scope of work will be determined by the agreed quotation, proposal, engagement letter or service agreement.

Badinson Security does not represent that every risk can be eliminated. Security services are intended to reduce, manage or respond to risk within the agreed scope and circumstances.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices may be provided through a quotation, invoice or written confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude delivery, installation, travel, taxes, permits, third-party charges, consumables or other project-specific costs. We may require deposits, advance payments or cleared funds before dispatching products, reserving equipment, deploying personnel or commencing work.

7. Delivery, Installation and Availability

Delivery and installation dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of stock availability, logistics, site readiness, third-party suppliers, regulatory requirements, weather, security conditions or events beyond reasonable control.

8. Lawful and Appropriate Use

You must not use this website, our products or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.
